What does Yadav Group Infratech do?
We are a precast construction and civil infrastructure contractor. We cast and erect precast boundary walls, box culverts, crash barriers with friction slabs and RE (reinforced earth) panels, and we take on major and minor bridge construction.
Where is Yadav Group Infratech based?
Our office is in Vill. Bhagwant Nagar, Tehsil Palia Kalan, Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh 262902. We work on projects across India, including expressways in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and the Visakhapatnam–Raipur corridor.
Which expressway projects have you worked on?
Samruddhi Expressway Package 07 (precast boundary wall, 12 km in 2 months, client RSIIL), Visakhapatnam–Raipur Expressway Package 03 (casting and erection, 25 km in 11 months, client PSK INFRA) and Ganga Expressway Package 02 (casting, 10 km in 2 months). We are currently running a box culvert erection and precast casting project for MEGA ENGINEERING.
Why use a precast boundary wall instead of a traditional wall?
Precast panels are cast under controlled conditions in a casting yard and then erected on site, so walls are stronger, more durable and more economical than traditional walls, and long lengths go up quickly. On Samruddhi Package 07 we completed 12 km in two months.
What is an RE panel wall?
A reinforced earth (RE) wall uses precast concrete facing panels tied to reinforcing strips laid in compacted fill. The fill and strips act together as a retaining structure. RE walls are commonly used for bridge approaches, flyovers and raised road embankments.
What is a friction slab in a crash barrier?
A friction slab is a concrete slab cast monolithically with the crash barrier and placed under the road layers. Its weight and friction with the surrounding material help the barrier resist overturning when a vehicle hits it.
